Capacity Planning: The strategic task of coordinating developer capacity to effectively deliver projects on schedule. Insight into team dynamics and project requirements will allow for optimal resource allocation.
Development Coordination: Regular follow-ups with developers regarding the status of tickets and tasks. Focus on items being moved along the product development pipeline while keeping developer accountability.
Release Documentation: The important task of documenting release notes, which detail enhancements and fixes in each product update.
Quality Assurance Oversight: Oversee the process of testing for bugs and verifying product functionality across all releases.
